Henry's Chicken

At the end of his trip, Henry came to the conclusion that the variations of tastes and specialty are not recognizable in almost all the tried sorts. This propelled him to come up with a new way of frying chicken that had never been heard of and addressed some imperfections such as: hard crisp coating, extremely oily and lacking of juices in interior meat.

Hundreds of experimental cooking and frying led Henry to the new and innovational art of seasoning and frying which overturned the traditional ways and thoughts of fried chicken.
